Hello FLEX readers...
My name is Kathleen Tesori and I am from Salt Lake City, UT.

My journey started in July of 2005. I have never competed in the NPC league but I am considering giving it a try.

I have been working with/spokesmodeling for various companies around the world. This is one reason I continue to stay in shape year round.

I love the way this lifestyle makes me feel and I love motivating and educating others.

Hi there! I pop by this forum from time to time. I am surprised how few people come here, especially girls. I guess things like facebook groups, blogs and other fitness/training social networking sites provide more competition these days. The print industry is really suffering so I suppose is critical for magazines to reach out online and maintain their readership loyalty. I hope Flex continues to grow their site and maintain a strong presence in the market. The magazine for the most part doesn't target girls so maybe that is another reason why many don't visit here. I don't know about other's experience but from my very short experience in the industry there is a growing number of girls moving towards weight training and muscle as a desired physique so hopefully there are growing opportunities!

Anyway, always love seeing you Jess and Kat in the mags - looking so strong, sexy and driven!! Thank you for the inspiration!

Hi, I also stop in from time to time. I like reading the threads to see what's new.. Work out, diet tips ect. I also quietly like follow the female competitors at all levels.. I'm a huge fan and admire them ALL..These day's I'm a new mom who likes to keep fit & health looking. I'm kind of interest in this Bikini thing, I have to wait till 2010 long story so we will see. For now I'm just a fan, spectator and big supporter of are industry..thats it.. woohoo Lynda

I am a huge fan of many female competitors in the industry too and love to follow their successes.

Hi Im Ashley I just registered today. I live in Baltimore and Im preparing myself to compete in Fitness and maybe figure in 2010. I've lost about 30 pounds from my heaviest and I still have a lil bit to go, but I started working out consistently in January of this year.

My name is Carri Ledford Baldwin, I have been an IFBB Pro bodybuilder since 2004 USA. I have competed in one Pro show, Europa, 14 months after the birth of our triplets in 2007. Took this year off to add some size back on, and planning on 2010 competition.

Triplets - I bet they keep you busy. Good luck preparing for a show in 2010!!!
